Kathmandu, March 2 — The Government of Nepal has temporarily stopped issuing labour permits for foreign employment in 12 Middle Eastern and Gulf countries. The decision comes amid growing instability in parts of the region. Authorities say the move is necessary to protect Nepali workers. Ministerial Decision Takes Effect The Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) issued an official notice on Sunday.
