Kathmandu:Election Commissioner Dr. Janaki Kumari Tuladhar has warned that anyone who breaks the Election Code of Conduct will face strict legal action ahead of the House of Representatives election on March 5. Speaking at a public interaction program in Dhangadhi, she said the Election Commission is working to ensure a safe, fair, and peaceful election across the country.
