Rapid Growth of Nepal’s IT Industry
Nepal’s IT sector has shown strong growth in recent years. According to reports, IT service exports reached about $515 million in 2022, marking a 64.2% increase compared to 2021. This growth reflects the rising global demand for services provided by Nepali tech companies.
The sector now includes more than 100 IT export companies and over 60,000 freelancers working in software development and other digital services.
